“I find that this hotel stands out for its blend of historical significance and modern luxury, notably its family-friendly amenities and prime location on the River Thames. Gordon Ramsay's restaurants contribute significantly to its culinary appeal, and I especially appreciate the personalized service, including the 24/7 butler availability. Overall, it's an iconic destination that successfully balances tradition with contemporary expectations.”

limited mini-bar impersonal products
I found some aspects of my visit disappointing. The complimentary mini-bar now lacks variety. It offers only water, milk, and some diet coke, a stark contrast to the wine and snacks previously available. The mini-bar has been condensed. The products in the room are now fixed to the wall. This felt impersonal. The products could not be reached from the bath.
